I am a LEADR Accredited Mediator and Workplace Trainer.

As the Manager Employee Relations for the University of South Australia, I currently manage a range of complex HR strategic management issues. My expertise is in scoping and undertaking workplace investigations, mediation, coaching and training. I have previously held positions as Manager, Workforce Strategy for the Department for Families and Communities (as then named) and Conciliator, Trainer and Manager Education Services for the South Australian Equal Opportunity Commission.

I began my career as an economist later moving into social work, specialising in counseling and mediation services.
